Refund and Returns Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide a seamless return and exchange experience. Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all returns and exchanges at our brand:

  • Damaged or Opened Parcel: We kindly request customers not to accept any orders if the parcel is visibly damaged or the seal is opened.
  • Exchange within 14 Days: Customers may exchange products purchased from our outlet within 14 days from the date of the original order. The exchange must be made within the same category, and the products must be in their original, unused condition, with the price label attached and accompanied by the invoice. Please ensure that you follow the proper care instructions for the products, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges if these instructions are not followed.
  • Coupon in Place of Cash Refund: Instead of offering cash refunds, we issue coupons of equal value to E-Store customers in exceptional cases. These coupons are valid for 7 days and can be redeemed exclusively on our E-Store.
  • No Outlet Available in Your City: If our outlet is not available in your city, please email us at [email protected], stating the exchange case and providing the order ID. If the product is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately at +92 303 4238877 after receiving the parcel.
  • Replacement Criteria: Replacement will only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category, subject to stock availability. Upon arrival at our FH Online warehouse, all returns will be inspected by our FH quality control team. If the articles are found to be used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, we will be unable to accept the return or exchange.
  • *Please note that accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Refund Policy: In exceptional cases, we provide refunds.
  • Refund Process: When a refund is processed, it will be credited to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks. If you haven’t received a refund within this period, please check with your bank. The refund process may take some time. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping: Nationwide shipments is totally Free. When returning or exchanging a product, customers should courier the item to the Courier Service Address.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Kindly note that FH E-store will cover all shipping costs for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders provided by FH E-store. However, customers will be responsible for bearing the shipment costs for returns and exchanges in other cases.
  • Lost Shipping Policy: We keep track of customer shipments from dispatch to smooth delivery with the assistance of our courier service partners. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery of every shipment.
